The tuck top auto bottom is a highly popular and recommended style of custom corrugated box. The tuck top offers a classic form of top closure for custom packaging, very often used in the medical and cosmetic industry for packaging. The auto bottom promises the user a higher level of protection, thanks to its’ pre-glued tabs that can hold more weight than other non-glued styles This added level of protection against damage makes it a favorite for many products and items.
The top is easily closed via tucking. The top is securely closed with the top flap is tucked in to the inside of the box. This box is incredibly common for many products and resources, and it made even more durable when using corrugated materials. Lighter products will prosper in this lightweight and easy to assemble style of box. The corrugated materials will help add durability, in contrast to our folding carton options.
There are many design options available with the tuck top auto bottom box. As always, you can include window patching or window cutting. Additional tabs and flaps can be added at your discretion for additional security and protection.
